Offering small group STEAM classes to children and adults since 2019.
At FRS we take pride in our community. Children, parents and caregivers alike are welcomed back year after year to further establish their bonds within our village.
When not actively involved in studies, you can find us sharing recipies, enjoying outings and supporting each other through online and in person connections.
Curriculum
Our lessons are inspired by the children, and woven together with practices borrowed from Montessori, Waldorf, and Reggio Emilia.
We encourage natural curiosities as we place an emphasis on hands-on learning and developing real-world, practical skills, with a focus on imagination, mindfulness and creativity.
The world is our classroom. You’ll find us spending full days outside in our organic learning environment.
Offerings
Join us for a wide array of STEAM activities such as family and child yoga, gaming, homeschool classes, quarterly report assistance, adult craft nights, music lessons, sound baths, parent and toddler weekends, watercoloring, ceramics, gardening, guided meditation, private and group tutoring, summer fun, slime and science birthday parties, guided outings and more.
The FRS homeschool club is the heart of our community. Established in 2019, it ages up annually through senior graduation to provide the maximum amount of familiarity and belonging, while catering specifically to their individual identities.
